With over 17 years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen a lot—fads, quick fixes, extremes—and I’ve helped hundreds of people cut through all of that to find what actually works for them. My coaching is all about clarity, structure, and long-term change. No nonsense, no fluff, and definitely no crash diets.
My Background & Qualifications
I’ve always been fascinated by performance, movement, and what makes people tick when it comes to health. That led me to earn a BSc in Sports Science and Athletic Development, and over the years I’ve built on that foundation with:
Precision Nutrition Level 1 (PN L1)
CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3)
Certified Personal Trainer
Additional certifications in strength & conditioning and functional fitness
But more important than the qualifications is how I use them—every plan, every check-in, and every bit of support I offer is tailored to real people living real lives.
Who I Work With
I coach busy parents, professionals, recreational athletes, and CrossFitters who want to feel stronger, more energised, and in control of their nutrition. Some are training for HYROX or big performance goals, others just want to feel better in their clothes again.
Whatever your goal, I’m here to help you build habits that actually stick—without overwhelm.
My Approach
I specialise in macro-based nutrition coaching, but I don’t believe you should have to track forever. Over time, I help you transition to a more intuitive, habit-based approach that fits your lifestyle.

Why I Do This
Because I’ve seen how empowering it is when someone feels confident in their choices, fuelled in their training, and no longer stuck in the cycle of “starting over.” My job is to guide you toward that place—and support you every step of the way.
